Summary
:
The movie follows a
blind girl who gets a cornea transplant so that she
would be able to see again. However, she got
more than what she
bargained for when she realised she could even see ghosts. And some of
these ghosts are down right unfriendly. So she embarks on a journey to
find the origins of her cornea and to reveal the history of the
previous dead owner.
Tom Cruise and Paula Wagner convinced Paramount to buy the remake rights in 2002. Hideo Nakata (Ringu, Ringu 2, Dark Water) was attached to direct, but the film which was set to star Renee Zellweger, never got off the ground.

is in fact rumored that Katie
Holmes wants tom to stay away from jessica alba !! It wouldn't be
surprising if Tom had a crush on jessica before even katie came onto
scene. He has always admired her good look and her fantastic physic.
Star magazine already reported that Tom had a thing for
Jessica even before he became TomKat, claiming
that he wanted Alba to play along-side him on Mission Impossible III
(2005).
The magazine writes:
“In fact, Tom wanted to cast Jessica in Mission Impossible III, but it didn’t work out,” says a source. “Now that he’s going to be working with her, Katie might get very uncomfortable.” So uncomfortable that, as filming began earlier this month in Albuquerque, N.M., she told Tom about her fears. “Tom assured her that his relationship with Jessica was all business. She could fly to the set anytime she wants. It’s just a movie,” says the source. “But I think Katie might still be steamed about it.”
